HOESSEE is a company listed in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce The Hague under file number 51739232 and VAT number NL001668319B26. HOESSEE is part of Tessa Wagenvoort, having its registered office at Willem Kuijperstraat 102 A, 2515 BA The Hague (the Netherlands). These general terms and conditions are applicable to the website of HOESSEE and all purchasing and sales agreements concluded by HOESEE and its customers. We always ask your agreement to these terms and conditions before ordering and purchasing items in our webshop.
We are doing our utmost to ensure that the information regarding prices and product specifications as mentioned on our website is up to date and correct. Still, we can not guarantee that there are no inaccuracies or typographical errors.
The colors of the original product may differ from the colors you see on your screen. We do our best to show you the right colors of our products.
Payment and prices
All prices listed on our website are in Euros and in Europe included of VAT of 21%. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs, unless explicitly declared otherwise. We accept payments via iDEAL (only with a Dutch bankaccount), Creditcard and bank transfer (mentioned payments go through Mollie) and PayPal. After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail.
All orders from the customers of HOESSEE‘s online shop are distributed from our office based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, except for holidays. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible and only after HOESSEE has received the complete payment. Please check the expected delivery time in our webshop. We will make any effort to deliver all items within the indicated periods, but we reserve the right to exceeding the term of delivery.
The items are delivered by PostNL. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. When we dispatch your purchases PostNL will provide you with your order’s tracking number, so you can track your shipment online. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL and your local courier.
If you suspect that your order is delivered damaged or incomplete, please notify us via email within 7 days after delivery.
Returning or exchanging your item is only possible within the 10-day period following the item’s delivery. We can only accept items for returns if they are in perfect condition and supplied with the original tags and labeling.
Before returning your item please contact our costumer service first, by sending an email with the reason for return and your order number to email@example.com.

You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging, unless we have delivered incorrect items. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. HOESSEE is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the returned goods.
If you wish to exchange your item, we will inform you by email about the delivery time of your exchanged item and sent it back to you free of charge. All deliveries are subject to availability. Refunds for returned items will be credited to your bank account within 30 days after receiving your return.
HOESSEE will not be responsible for any delay or failure in the agreement between HOESSEE and the customer, in case it is hindered by any unforeseen change in circumstances, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
This website and all sub-domains are the intellectual property of HOESSEE. Nothing may be copied or used without an explicit written permission of HOESSEE in advance. The rights of intellectual property regarding the products designed by HOESSEE belong exclusively to HOESSEE.
