How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • select one of the items you like
  • select the right size and quantity
  • click on the ADD TO CART button
  • an overview of your shopping bag will be shown. If you would like to purchase another product, you can click on the button CONTINUE SHOPPING that will return you to the shop. If you are done shopping click the button PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  • Fill in your details in the form that appears
  • Carefully check your order
  • Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to pay for your order. We will send a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

What payments methods do we accept?

At our online shop we accept iDEAL (The Netherlands), Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) through Paypal and (international) banktransfer for you payment.

Will I get a receipt with my order and an invoice of my purchase?

You will receive an order receipt by e-mail immediately after you have placed an order in our webshop. When your order is processed you’ll receive your invoice by e-mail.

What will happen with my personal information?

Personal information will be saved and treated with care; it will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order.

Can I return or exchange my purchases?

Yes it is possible to return or exchange your purchases. For more information please see Shipping&returns

I would like to have an item that is out of stock. What can I do?
